This notice covers the information submitted through RevenueVolt's revenue-plan and pricing forms.

What you share

We collect the business contact details and information you enter, such as your name, work email, business name, industry, CRM, locations and follow-up needs. Please do not submit patient information, customer records or sensitive personal details.

How it is used

RevenueVolt uses your request to assess your business needs and discuss the service with you. Submitting a request does not enrol you in a marketing newsletter.

Where it is stored

The website and enquiry service run on Cloudflare. Requests are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database in RevenueVolt's account, accessible to authorised account administrators. The website does not provide public access to enquiry records.

Abuse prevention

The enquiry service uses a short-lived hashed network identifier to limit repeated requests. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the enquiry database. Cloudflare may process network information to deliver and protect the website.

Your choices

Optional fields can be left blank. To request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry, use the contact form, state that it is a privacy request and use the email address associated with the original enquiry. Identity may need to be confirmed before records are changed or disclosed.

This website enquiry process is not intended for patient communications, clinical information or urgent requests.
